Gift Card

Some people know exactly which motif they want on the wall. Others would rather stand in front of the whole motif library and take their time. A gift card leaves them the choosing — the motif, the colour, the room it goes in — and leaves the making to us.

It arrives by email, with a code that spends on anything we make: hand-painted Delft tiles, the bud vases and ornaments, a commission from the custom studio. Whatever they settle on comes from the same studio, made with the same patience.

• By email: minutes after the order — to you, or straight to them
• Sent as a gift: tick the box above to add their name and email, a note in your own words, and the day it should arrive

There is nothing to post: the card is an email. Whatever it buys ships the way it always does — tiles painted to order in 2–4 weeks, domestic by AusPost, international by FedEx with duties and import taxes covered by us, and free over AUD $1,000.

The card itself can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash. What it is spent on carries the usual 30-day returns, except pieces painted to someone’s own design. Full terms in the refund policy.

Can they spend it on anything? Anything on the site — a single tile, a whole splashback, a bud vase, a commission from the custom studio. If what they choose costs more, they pay the difference at checkout; if less, the rest stays on the card.

Which amount? Near enough: $50 is a motif tile; $100 is a bud vase, or a motif with a few corner tiles around it; $200 begins a wall — two motifs among a field of corners.

Can I choose when it arrives? Yes. Tick “send as a gift” and set the day. Leave the date blank and it goes the moment your order is placed.

Can I hand it over myself? Yes. Skip the gift form and the card comes to your own inbox — print it, or forward it, as you like.
